Micro soccer season is in full swing. Spencer is coaching again. Micro league is for 3 and 4 year olds. Our team mostly consists of 4 years olds that played last year, boy what a difference a year makes. All the kids are really enjoying it and getting into the game. Myles has become a superstar. He scored 2 goals the first game and 3 goals today. But, even more impressive are his defensive skills. He has a very competitive side to him and really doesn't like the other team to score. The first game he started and the game was a even match-up, until Myles' shoe came off and I made him come off the field so I could put it back on. As soon as he came off the field the other team scored. He is convinced that the fireballs played a trick on him so they could get a goal. Myles didn't start the second game and the black dragons got a quick 3 goals. Once the coach finally put him in, Sandstorm scored and started to get back on defense. Last year it was so hard to get him on the field, this year he doesn't want to get subbed out.

February: Myles 3rd b-day! Lisa tries out for Ace of cakes with her race track cake.


March: Aunt Karyn and Myles paint some eggs up in Pleasanton.

Trip up to the Redwoods. Met up with the Scribner Whiting Clan, the Spencers and the Grandparents!














April: Scribner Whitings visit SD. Bryant gets some serious action. Remains pen pals.

While in P-town we got a visit from Solvay and Nolan. Myles and Nolan have a blast together.

Christmas time '08

Christmas time was spent between Utah and Pleasanton. We had a lot of fun and got to see a lot of family.

Helene Castro

Helene was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Just turning 60, her sudden passing was a shock to everybody. We loved her a lot and will miss her a great deal.
